Design Your Development

In the Lab, you design your path for growth.

Check out the development opportunities below.

MicroLabs

At Hoops Lab HawaiÊ»i, we’re redefining what youth basketball training looks like - one focused session at a time - MicroLabs.

Our micro-environments are intentionally smaller to provide personalized coaching, sharper skill development, and attention to every athlete.  Our focused training helps young hoopers build real confidence and real skills - that show up on game day.

Why MicroLabs?

Smaller Groups = Bigger Impact:  With limited class sizes, our players get maximum ball touches, and immediate feedback.  More quality reps.  More coaching.  More progress. Train Smarter, Not Harder:  No overcrowded courts.  No wasted reps.  Just focused, efficient training built for serious hoopers. Age Appropriate, Position-Specific Skillwork:  Whether a developing point guard or a growing post player, our training is aligned to the athleteʻs position, experience, and goals. Experience, Trusted Coaches:  Our trainers bring insights from all levels of basketball - but know how to teach young players the right way.   Focused on Fundamentals That Translate:  We teach the core skills that matter most - ball handling, shooting, footwork, decision-making, and finishing; in a high-energy, encouraging, and disciplined learning environment. Whether youʻre looking to refine a certain part of your game or leveling up for tryouts, MicroLabs gives you the space to grow, the attention to improve, and the tools to succeed.
