Sessions At-A-Glance

** note: there is a PREREQUISITE for the FORMULA 94 MIDDLE SCHOOL session:  

  • Need some experience; this is not a beginner level training

  • Athlete should be able to do:  1) stationary dribbling - hard pounds with the left and right hand for 1 minute straight with consistent control; 2) stationary dribbling - consistently dribble with control doing a cross, between, and behind dribble with the left and right hand; 3) dribbling on the move under control with the left and right hand; 4) dribbling on the move consistently and with control doing a cross, between, and behind dribble with the left and right hand

  • If athlete is unable to consistently do the above fundamental dribbling, we recommend the athlete sign up for the Middle School Foundations MicroLab session at 9:15 - 10:05 am on Sundays at Aiea District Park Gym.
