           2) Varsity / JV, 6:50 to 7:50 pm

What is FORMULA 94

Formula 94 is a training series built to tighten up your game before tryouts and the upcoming season and to continue to rep and refine foundational skills anytime in your training journey. Led by an experienced trainer and former varsity and JV coach, this program focuses on high-accountability skill work, full-court conditioning, and both offensive and defensive development - all with high-level intensity.

Focused Skill Development

Sharpen core fundamentals with high-accountability reps to elevate performance in real-game situations.
 

Offense & Defense Concepts

Build confidence through structured team concepts, spacing, reads, and situational IQ to prepare for next-level play.
 

High-Level Conditioning

Full-court drills to meet the physical demands of competitive middle and high school basketball.
 

Mental Toughness & Game Readiness

Prepare for tryouts and in-season performance with targeted training that enhances focus, resilience, and coachability.
 

On-Court Leadership & Communication

Cultivate the mindset and presence of a team leader through deliberate work on voice, vision, and decision-making.
